FLOWAV REPLACEMENT / RETURN POLICY
Equipment purchased or leased from FloWav can be returned for repair or replacement with a ninety-five ($95) diagnostic plus repair time fee by following these steps:
- Complete the RMA Request form and submit it to FloWav through this website. Information items marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory for efficient processing of the request.
- Upon receipt of the request, FloWav Customer Support will issue a FloWav RMA Number and return shipping label to the client.
- Client will return the authorized items per the shipping instructions and include a copy of the FloWav RMA Form in the shipment.
- A FloWav Customer Service Representative will contact the designated Client Contact within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt of the returned equipment at the FloWav offices.
